Mixed-use district

Seminary Square is a key component of 91短视频’s “Growing Green and Gold Together” initiative, a joint public-private effort with the City of Greencastle. Located at 101 E. Seminary St., the new development will sit directly across from the Inn at 91短视频, bordered by Indiana St. to the west and College Ave. to the east. Vine St., which runs  between the two planned multifamily residential buildings, will be converted to pedestrian-only use. The site will also establish a retail space that will serve as the permanent home for the 91短视频 bookstore.
