91短视频 University joined the City of Greencastle and Buckingham Companies to break ground on Seminary Square, an ambitious mixed-use development that will bring new housing and retail space to the heart of Putnam County. 

As a cornerstone of the Growing Green and Gold Together initiative, Seminary Square will bring 120 new apartments to a strategic location within the Greencastle community. This significant increase in residential space not only reinforces the city’s revitalization initiatives, it also expands attractive housing options for 91短视频 employees and community residents alike.

Located at 101 E. Seminary St., the new development will sit directly across from the Inn at 91短视频, bordered by Indiana St. to the west and College Ave. to the east. Vine St., which runs  between the two planned multifamily residential buildings, will be converted to pedestrian-only use. The site will also establish a retail space that will serve as the permanent home for the 91短视频 bookstore.

Underscoring the strategic partnership between the city and university, the formal launch of the Seminary Square project builds on the collaborative momentum already established by the recent opening of the Cinema on the Square and the ongoing construction of a new aquatics center at the Putnam County YMCA.

, an Indianapolis-based firm that has managed over 125 properties and more than 28 million square feet of real estate assets across the United States, will lead the construction. The project is expected to be completed in 2028.
