Required Application Documents
You will need to submit the following documents to apply to be a student at 91短视频. Several of the forms can be found below.
- Application for Admission
- Official College Transcript (signed and sealed hard copy or secure PDF sent to 91短视频 by the Registrar of each聽college or university you have attended)
- Note: If you have less than 60 transferable hours, you must also submit your high school transcript, GED certification, transcripts or copy of a diploma from a 2-year program. If you are transferring in less than 24 transferrable hours you will also need to submit ACT and/or SAT scores.
